Training, Internship & Certification Policy

1. Educational Nature of the Program (Unpaid Remote Internship)

Datheon's student internship and training tracks are educational, practical skills development programs structured to simulate production-grade software engineering and AI systems workflows.

The program is 100% remote, self-paced within a flexible 4-week window, and carries no commercial labor obligations. As an educational training engagement, internships are unpaid, allowing students, fresh graduates, and career transitioners to gain real-world portfolio experience without geographical or institutional barriers.

2. Zero-Tuition & Zero Onboarding Cost Guarantee

Datheon enforces a strict Zero-Tuition Policy. There are NO upfront application fees, NO registration charges, and NO tuition costs required to join, access curriculum blueprints, or submit project code.

Any candidate who registers for a standard internship track receives complimentary access to task specifications, technical guidelines, and automated code review pipelines.

3. Proprietary Cloud Infrastructure & Credential Release Fee

Why an administrative release fee is levied: Unlike third-party programs that store student data on free consumer services such as Google Forms or Microsoft Forms, Datheon operates its own enterprise-grade technical stack.

Our infrastructure comprises dedicated Supabase database clusters, serverless review workers, AST static code analysis parsers, automated high-throughput SMTP email pipelines, and 24/7 high-availability verification CDN edges.

To sustain server bandwidth, perpetual public registry hosting, and cryptographic key maintenance, a nominal administrative release fee is levied: ₹150 INR flat for domestic Indian candidates, and $2.60 USD for international candidates to cover cross-border payment gateway processing and currency conversion settlements. This fee is strictly optional and applies solely when an intern voluntarily elects to unlock, authenticate, and download their official cryptographically signed Certificate of Completion.

4. Technical Evaluation Standards & Scorecards

All project submissions undergo automated AST static analysis and algorithmic review against an objective 4-pillar rubric: Project Architecture (25%), Functional Correctness (35%), Code Hygiene & PEP8 Standards (20%), and Input Error Resilience (20%).

Every audited candidate receives a formal 1-page Academic Performance Scorecard detailing their composite score, academic grade (e.g. Grade A+ Distinction), and actionable technical feedback for industry codebases.

5. Intellectual Property & Proof of Work

Interns retain 100% intellectual property ownership of the project code they author. All project code resides under the candidate's personal GitHub repository.

Even without requesting an official certificate, candidates can freely showcase their public GitHub repositories as independent proof of work on resumes, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles.

6. Perpetual Credential Verification Standard

All released certificates feature a unique tamper-proof Certificate ID (e.g. CERT-DT-2026-XXXXX) and dynamic cryptographic QR code linked directly to our live registry at https://datheon.in/verify.

The date displayed on the certificate is the official Issue / Release Date, reflecting the date on which the technical audit was cleared and the credential was released.

Recruiters, corporate HR teams, and university placement cells can verify certificate authenticity in real time with zero expiration.

7. Official Letter of Recommendation (LOR) Merit Policy

Interns who achieve Grade A+ (Distinction) and demonstrate exceptional initiative, code architecture quality, and rapid turnaround are eligible for a personalized, officially signed Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from the Datheon Academic Directorate.

LORs are issued on official company letterhead and provided upon email request to admissions@datheon.in at zero additional cost.

8. Legal Registration & Institutional Accreditation

Datheon operates as an officially registered entity under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (UDYAM Portal Registration: Datheon IT Solutions).

All training curricula, evaluation mechanisms, and credential registries are governed in accordance with applicable Indian digital service and educational training guidelines.

9. Global Payment Gateways & Regional Cross-Border Restrictions

Datheon processes all domestic and international administrative fees through compliant Indian payment aggregation infrastructure (Razorpay).

Standard International Transactions: International candidates (including those in regions experiencing localized foreign exchange liquidity frameworks) are strictly requested to complete their optional administrative release processing utilizing the USD-denominated payment options.

International Payment Processing: All international candidates, across all regional jurisdictions, must complete standard credential clearance ($2.60 USD via PayPal or international cards) to unlock and download official employer-verifiable Certificates of Completion and Letters of Recommendation.
