Applications are open to students, recent graduates, and career-changers at any level. Some programs have a recommended background (noted in the program details), but motivation and commitment matter more than prior experience.

Not for every program. The AI Research & Innovation and AI Automation tracks are accessible to non-coders. Full Stack Development and AI Application Development work best with basic programming familiarity, but we start from fundamentals.

Yes — all training programs and internships are 100% remote. You will work asynchronously with your assigned projects, with scheduled live sessions for Q&A and code review.

Yes. Every participant who successfully completes their program requirements receives a verified Datheon certificate. Top performers are eligible for additional awards and a letter of recommendation.

Yes. This is core to how we run the program. You will be assigned to real Datheon products or active client systems based on your track and skill level. Your contributions go into actual production codebases.

Current internships are unpaid but structured to provide significant skill development, portfolio material, certified credentials, and potential pathways to paid roles or freelance contracts with Datheon.

Evaluation is based on code quality and output, participation in reviews and discussions, project completion, and communication. You will receive written feedback at the mid-point and final evaluation.
